United Kingdom / United States; company-announced international rollout
Physitrack opens AI rehab EMR access while product and security FAQs still conflict
A November 2 issuer announcement removes the English-language waitlist across operating markets, with paid subscriptions planned for January 2027. Product FAQs still describe pending audit/BAA work and differ on exercise-platform packaging and payments.

A rollout milestone
Physitrack reports over 800 registered clinics representing 5,600 users. It now offers direct English-language trials, while subscriptions and insurance-claims workflows remain staged plans. These are issuer disclosures, not independently verified operating metrics.
Approval and documentation gaps
The product describes clinician-reviewed notes and exercise suggestions. The announcement treats the exercise platform as optional and self-pay as available; FAQs describe included exercise access, future payments and unfinished audit/BAA work. Open registration does not settle patient-data readiness.

Track reconciled documentation, activation, data agreements and conversion.Verification boundary
A follow-up to the existing October 5 record, which is preserved. No signup, real patient data, AI testing or compliance audit. Rankings and registrations do not establish outcomes. Region tags identify the UK issuer and initial US market rather than verifying every country. Official artwork was reviewed but withheld without confirmed redistribution permission.
